Hydraulic pump stations are independent hydraulic device, which control the direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil according to the host requirements. After buying the products, the clients just connect pump station and actuator agency of the host (cylinder or motor) with oil tube, then the hydraulic machinery can achieve the various actions and working cycle required.

Hydraulic pump station is composed of pump machine-pump device, manifold block or valve assembly, oil tube and electrical parts.

Each part Function:

Motor-pump device: equipped with motor and oil pump, is the power source of hydraulic pump station. It converts mechanical power into pressure energy of the hydraulic oil

Manifold block: composed of hydraulic valve and channel body, regulate the direction, pressure and flow quantity of the hydraulic oil.

Valve assembly: Plate valve installs in the vertical board, tube connecting in the panel rear, having the same function with Manifold block.

Electrical box: divides into two kinds, one sets terminal board that connects with external wire lead; another is configured with a full set of control electronics

Hydraulic pump station working principle:

Motor drives pump making rotatory motion; pump sucks and supplies oil from the tank, making mechanical energy converted into pressure energy of hydraulic oil, manifold block(valve assembly) regulates the direction, pressure, flow quantity of the oil, from external tube, oil is transferred to the oil cylinder or motor of hydraulic machines, then controlling the direction, strength, speed of the actuator agency, making machine work.

Structure: mainly distinguish from structure style, installation position and cooling method of motor-pump unit

There are three kinds dividing from motor-pump structure style, installation position

Overhead Vertical type: motor-pump device installs on the tank cover, mainly used in Quantitative pump system

Overhead Horizontal type: motor-pump device installs on the tank cover, mainly used in Variable pump system, easy to regulate flow

Side-mounted type: motor-pump device installs horizontally beside the oil box, it can equip standby motor-pump device, mainly used in the system that oil volume is over 250 L, electrical motor capacity exceeds 7.5 KW

There are two kinds hydraulic pump station dividing from cooing type

Natural Cooling type: cooling from oil box and air exchange, generally used in the system that oil volume less than 250 L

Forced Cooling type: using cooler forcing cool, generally used in the system that oil volume more than 250 L
